1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the 4pk365 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at https://4pk365.org.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 4pk365 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's 4pk365 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 4pk365 subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupee (PKR) deposits made by a Player into their 4pk365 Account using an accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds or a deposit must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 4pk365 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling is legally restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 4pk365 Platform, creating an Account, or placing a wager of any kind, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party without explicit written authorisation from 4pk365.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on the 4pk365 Platform, including but not limited to the online casino, live dealer tables, sportsbook, slots, roulette, and all promotional offers. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated version of this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of such updates.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 4pk365 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 4pk365 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process;
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure;
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You must not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) without prior disclosure to and written approval from 4pk365;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 4pk365 or any other gaming operator;
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.

4 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on 4pk365, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player is strictly limited to one (1) registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement;
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details;
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify 4pk365 of any changes;
• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party;
• 4pk365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, or equivalent) at any time, and failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension;
• Accounts registered with false, misleading, or fabricated personal information will be permanently closed and associated balances forfeited.

4pk365 does not permit the opening of accounts by residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participation on 4pk365 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

5 Deposits & Payments

4pk365 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• All deposited funds must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from accounts or wallets belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the 4pk365 cashier section at the time of deposit;
• 4pk365 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 4pk365 accepts no responsibility;
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 4pk365 Account balance instantly upon successful processing;
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance, subject to banking processing times;
• 4pk365 reserves the right to reject any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your 4pk365 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawal requests require successful completion of the KYC verification process. Players who have not submitted and passed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. 4pk365 reserves the right to determine the appropriate withdrawal channel in all cases;
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Account that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement will not be available for withdrawal and will not count toward your withdrawable balance;
• 4pk365 targets same-business-day withdrawal processing for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times and internal review procedures;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your 4pk365 Account;
• 4pk365 reserves the right to conduct additional security and source-of-funds checks on any withdrawal request. During such review, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending the outcome of the investigation;
• In cases where winnings are determined to have resulted from system errors, technical faults, or wagers placed in breach of these Terms, 4pk365 reserves the right to withhold or void such winnings.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

4pk365 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to this clause and any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion. The following general rules apply to all 4pk365 bonuses:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 4pk365 and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without prior notice;
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fully satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms;
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your Account, after which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited;
• 4pk365 reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward bonus wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, certain slots, and sports betting markets may contribute at different rates;
• Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously, or attempting to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 4pk365 Platform:

• All bets and wagers placed on 4pk365 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any wager before confirming placement;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the determination made by 4pk365 — based on the official result from the relevant governing body or game provider — shall be final and binding;
• 4pk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, system fault, or human error. Affected Players will have their stake returned in full;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game titles, as displayed within the respective game or market interface;
• Sports bets on PSL and other cricket markets are settled based on the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Matches that are abandoned or declared void will have wagers refunded in full unless the outcome was determined prior to the abandonment;
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the absolute discretion of 4pk365 and may be suspended or refused at any time during an event.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4pk365 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software, bots, automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in the Platform for personal financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose or in connection with the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members, friends, or associates;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP obfuscation.

4pk365 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the Account will be permanently closed and all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited without compensation.

10 Responsible Gaming

4pk365 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on 4pk365;
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that remind you of how long you have been active on the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your current session duration and net win/loss position;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the 4pk365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a short-term break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 4pk365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 4pk365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 4pk365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 4pk365;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform or its underlying software;
• Use the 4pk365 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent your relationship with 4pk365.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4pk365 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 4pk365 Platform or any of its services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or market data displayed on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity on the Platform, including but not limited to the loss of deposited funds through wagering.

4pk365's aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall not, in any circumstance, exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

4pk365 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms an integral part thereof. By registering an Account on 4pk365, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 4pk365 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. 4pk365 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.

14 Amendments to These Terms

4pk365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 4pk365 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be accessible at https://4pk365.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the 4pk365 Platform after the publication of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to initiate account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the 4pk365 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and 4pk365 arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
